It is now possible to refer patients directly to the Orthopaedic University Hospital by fax or email.

If you see patients in your consultation hours for whom you have a clear indication for surgical care, it is now possible to register them directly by fax or email, bypassing an outpatient presentation.

If you would like to use this simple registration method, which is also easy for the patient, please use the fax form below and send it to our secretary's office. We will then contact the patient.
